Tele check-in is available 48 hours before the flight for passengers travelling without baggage to the following destinations:
Schengen countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic and Sweden, plus Iceland and Norway (which are non-EU members) - Tele check-in is available up to 45 minutes before boarding
Non-Schengen European countries, Africa, Brazil and Venezuela - Tele check-in is available up to 60 minutes before boarding
United States - Tele check-in is available up to two hours before boarding and passengers must be at the airport at least 60 minutes before boarding time
After Tele Check-in, collect your boarding pass at the Tele Check-in / Drop-Off Desk.
