The Danes are not as enthusiastic as their Swedish neighbours, but they still have excellent conditions to practice (and training!) of golf. The only drawback is the price. But on holiday enjoy it because not every day you play in Scandinavia.

There are options for all tastes. Rather, for all the talents. Starting with the Royal Copenhagen Golf Club (www.royalgolf.dk), installed in a former royal hunting ground. And one of the "remnants" to find are precisely some deer. Don’t be astonished when approaching the green to find an attentive spectator in these ancient woods. It is a field that allows for a relatively quiet game, since there are many hidden areas, not many bunkers. All in favour, specially the royal park. But do not be scared by the "green fee" ...At about ten minutes drive from downtown is the Copenhagen Indoor Golf Center (www.driveit.dk). There are 11 thousand square meters of area of a driving range of 130 meters and three floors. This is where the Danish national team of golf coaches, because, you know, the winters here are quite strict.Out of town we found some more fields, about 30 kilometres from Copenhagen ,the Simons Golf Club (one of the most expensive in the country) and then the Ishoj Golf Center, about 25 miles from the center, with an architecture that reminds a mini Grand Canyon.
