Victoria Miles are credited as Bonus Miles and every time you fly on TAP and flights that are part of the Star Alliance, you earn additional Status Miles. Status Miles are only used to maintain or achieve Victoria Silver Client or Victoria Gold Client status as they are not added to the available balance in your account that is used for awards.

Yes. You can book your Victoria Award Ticket online for any TAP flight. Please go to "Book with Miles" to book a Victoria Award Ticket online. To book other Victoria awards, please contact your Victoria Service Centre.
If you are unable to use your Victoria Award Ticket for any reason and would like to have your miles back, then you must cancel your journey no later than 24 hours before departure. The miles will be re-credited to your account and keep their original validity, if you have not yet used one part of your ticket and it is still valid. If it was partially used or isn’t valid anymore, we will debit your credit card with a service fee.
You can earn air miles on tickets issued with public fares and for flights on TAP and partner airlines. TAP reserves the right to partially exclude certain TAPproducts/types of tickets, forms of payment and/or passengers, as well as certain flights or categories of flights in the Victoria Programme on any level.
No. Miles cannot be earned on Award Tickets, Child Tickets, Round-the-World or Upgrades.
You can claim missing miles as long as the journey or service was made on or after the date you signed up for the Victoria Programme. Miles must be claimed within six months of the date the service was provided.
