Not only do we wish to achieve the recognition of the organizing committee, but also promote our country as well as our company's services. With the purpose of facilitating the transportation of the congress participants, TAP has been doing agreements with several events organizations with the above main guidelines:

TAP will grant a discount to participants that can be from 10 pct to 20 pct. The payment will always be by credit card.

This discount will apply to all TAP destinations and only on flights operated by TAPs aircrafts.

Code-share flights operated by other airlines are not permitted. A specific code will be given to this conference and it must be mentioned by the congressman while booking online, in order to benefit from the discount.

The organization will consider TAP as "Official Carrier" of the event and include that information on the events documentation as well as on the website or other means considered important. In order to confirm that a certain passenger is really a registered member in the conference, we ask the organization to send us a data base with the participants names and register numbers/congressman number.

This way we will be able to grant the discount correctly to registered congress participants only.

This data base should be updated regularly and we shall not use it for any other purposes.
