MEDA
All sick passengers in need of special in-flight assistance are a medical case - MEDA.
As a general rule, a medical case exists when a passenger has a clinical situation, becoming dependant on others and/or personalized assistance.
In order to communicate to the company the existence of a medical situation, in addition to the reservation, a document - INCAD - should always be completed by the passenger's doctor where diagnosis is described for later analysis by the company’s medical services.
The INCAD should be sent by fax to 218 416 540.
If you need to transport forbidden or dangerous objects in the cabin you have to contact the National Aviation Authority. See formulaire here.
