If your luggage is damaged upon your arrival, immediately contact our local counter (Lost and Found) so that an official report may be filled in.
Airlines are not responsible for damages that result from natural detrition and usage, such as scratches, cuts, dents, zippers and locks, brand plaque and accessories, supports and handles, or damages that occur as a result of the luggage being overweight or improperly packed. In order to analyze your contact, we kindly request that you send us the following documents.
- No. of the Baggage Irregularity Report
- Photographs of the damaged bag
- Baggage tag
- Value of the bag
- Characteristics of the bag (brand, measurements, number of wheels, value of the bag)
