TAP provides the fastest and most comfortable way to check-in at the airport.

     
 

Self Check-in: Fast and Comfortable

Self check-in is available to all passengers on TAP-operated flights (Except passengers with resident or student fares travelling to the Azores and all passengers to the United States) with or without hold luggage who have an electronic ticket, even if it was issued by another airline.

This service is only available in the 48 hours prior to departure time and until the flight closing time.

Where can I perform Self Check-in?

Check in machines are available in:

  • Lisbon -  in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, the check-in area and Car park 2.
  • Porto - near the TAP sales desk and next to the Groundforce help desk.

Passengers can check in and choose their seat in just a few seconds.

Where do I leave my luggage?

Hold luggage can be checked in at the luggage drop-off desks in each terminal.

As an alternative to identification with their electronic ticker number, passengers can use their Victoria frequent flyer number, provided that they gave it when booking.
