TAP increases services to Africa
TAP will open a new route to Marrakech in June, operating 3 flights per week on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The company continues to pursue its expansion strategy in Africa, which is the only part of its network to have shown steady growth since 2001. Passenger numbers have risen from 236,000 to 541,000, an increase of 129%. It was also the only part of the TAP network to record growth in 2009, posting an increase of 6.4%. [+]

TAP renews cooperation with Lufthansa Systems
TAP will continue to optimise operations on its routes with the Lido flight plan system from Lufthansa Systems, having recently renewed its contract in advance, for another five years to mid-2017.
