Whenever travelling from/to Lisbon Airport, or when it's just your connecting airport, you’ll have a new Personalised Assistance Service at your disposal.
With this service you can enjoy maximum comfort, knowing that you have an assistant at your disposal to accompany and help you during the process of boarding and/or disembarking (check-in, hold baggage transport, connecting flights, etc.).
Created in response to the different needs of every type of travel – business or leisure, individual, groups or families – the Personalised Assistance Service is available in 4 versions:

 DEPARTURE – Escort from the meeting point (Lisbon Airport, Terminal 1, next to Premium Customer Centre, for international flights and in Terminal 2, next to the newsagent area, for domestic flights) to the check-in desk and then on to the aircraft. ARRIVAL - Escort from the aircraft to the Terminal's Arrivals Hall.  DEPARTURE - Advance check-in. Escort from the meeting point (Lisbon Airport, Terminal 1, next to Premium Customer Centre, for international flights and in Terminal 2, next to the newsagent area, for domestic flights) to the check-in desk, and from there to the aircraft, boarding by exclusive vehicle. ARRIVAL - Escort from the aircraft to the Arrivals Hall, by exclusive vehicle, including assistance with baggage reclaim formalities. |  DEPARTURE - Advance check-in. CONNECTIONS - Escort from the aircraft and through the entire arrivals process, until boarding on the connecting flight. Applicable to transfers involving up to 3 hours waiting time between flights.  DEPARTURE - Advance check-in. Escort from the meeting point to the check-in desk, including help with hold baggage and assistance through the check-in process. Escort to the aircraft, including transport by exclusive vehicle. ARRIVAL - Escort from the aircraft to the Arrivals Hall, by exclusive vehicle, including assistance with hold baggage reclaim formalities. Accompaniment through hold baggage reclaim, help with baggage and escort to outside the Arrivals Hall. CONNECTIONS - Escort through the transfer process – through the airport and directly from aircraft to aircraft. Includes transport in exclusive vehicle. Applicable to transfers involving up to 3 hours waiting time between flights. |

- Prices for groups are available upon request.
- The customer will always be escorted to the lounge if this service is included in their fare or profile.
- VAT included at the current rate.
- Customers with medical needs or requiring special assistance (wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors, etc) should follow the procedures defined by the airline for the effect. See here for details.
