Yes. TAP provides assistance to visually impaired passengers and transport of guide dogs. Blind passengers must inform the airline of their disability when booking the flight, even if they are not travelling with a guide dog. They will be provided with special assistance at the airport until they board the aircraft. They should go to the Special Assistance desk at the airport.
