To be able to do this, it is important that you provide your personal contact details (email or mobile number) when you make your booking – if you don’t we will not be able to send you your boarding card.

General Conditions

Automatic check-in availability:

For confirmed passengers on flights departing from Lisbon.

Available from 24 hours prior to departure.

If you are travelling without luggage, go directly to the departure gate.

If you are travelling with luggage, you will have to take it to the airport bag drop desk. Click here for opening hours.

To ensure your flight leaves on time, the departure gate closes 30 minutes prior to departure.

Automatic check-in restrictions:

Because of the legislation in certain countries we must obtain additional details. Automatic check-in is only possible when these details are provided when making the booking.

Certain other additional details, such as passport information, are required when entering or leaving the Schengen area. Click here for the list of countries belonging to the Schengen area.

We know how valuable your time is. For this reason, passengers in Business/Executive Class and Victoria Gold, Victoria Silver or Star Alliance Gold card holders can find dedicated priority bag drop desks at all our airports. Enjoy fast, exclusive service!

This service is available at desks 01-06 in Lisbon Terminal 1 and at desks 31-32 at Porto airport.
