To obtain this service, you should request it when you book your flight or up to 48hrs prior to departure, either directly to TAP or through your travel agency.
A special desk has been created at Lisbon Airport (number 13) to provide you with priority service. You should report to check-in at the following times:
Recommended time:
- 3hrs prior to departure for intercontinental flights
- 2 hrs prior to departure for European and domestic flights
Latest possible time:
- 2hrs prior to departure for intercontinental flights
- 1h30 prior to departure for European and domestic flights
