Here are some suggestions for a pleasant flight, whether medium ot long haul.
We hope they will be useful to you.

Exercise on board

Exercise 1

  • Relax.
  • Breathe deeply and slowly.
  • Inhale through your nose.
  • Exhale through your mouth.
  • Repeat 2 or 3 times.
Exercise 2
  • Keep head and neck still.
  • Rotate shoulders first forwards, then backawards.
  • Repeat 4 or 5 times.
  • Relax.
Exercise 3
  • Turn head slowly from side to side.
  • Repeat 4 or 5 times.
  • Relax.
Exercise 4
  • Stretch arms and legs.
  • Loosen off in your seat.
  • Leg exercises are very important to increase blood flow and avoid clotting.
Exercise 5
  • Stetch ankles by pedalling.
  • Repeat 20 times.
Exercise 6
  • Rotate ankles.
  • One foot at a time.
  • Repeat 10 times.
Exercise 7
  • Push to the floor with your toes then your heels.
Exercise 8
  • Whenever you are standing, gently rock your body weight from toes to heels.
REMEMBER!...
  • Sit upright.
  • Stretch and relax occasionally.
  • Exercise your legs.
  • Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol.
