E-Ticket (Electronic Ticket)
An E-Ticket is a ticket with flight coupons that are not printed out on paper. These are replaced by digital coupons stored in the company database and therefore always available to everyone at our ticket desks and Call Centers. With an E-Ticket no time is wasted, there is no need to deviate from your routine or run the risk of ticket-loss. An E-Ticket does not imply any alteration to normal booking or payment procedures.After concluding your travel plan you receive a receipt for the respective booking and E-Ticket issue via e-mail.
Collecting tickets from ticket desks
If your trip or advance booking time prior to your departure date prevents you from issuing an E-Ticket, you can collect your tickets from a TAP ticket desk or General Sales Outlet.We would draw your attention to the fact that you have to collect your tickets up to 72 hours after concluding your online booking. If you fail to do so your booking will be cancelled automatically.

LOST or STOLEN TICKETS
General Rules
· A lost or stolen physical ticket (on paper) can be replaced based on the lost/stolen ticket as long as the passenger signs a TAP form accepting responsibility for any fraudulent use of the lost/stolen ticket.
· TAP tickets issued for domestic flights, namely for destinations within Continental Portugal and the Madeira/Azores Islands, cannot be replaced.
Service Fees
European Flights: 100€ (Except to/from Spain: 50€)
Intercontinental Flights: 160€
NB:
1. Fees charged are non reimbursable;
2. Fees are charged per event and not per passenger, namely a family is considered as a singled event only.
