The Catalogue

The on board shop window is the "On Air" catalogue, to be found in the seat pocket in front of you on the aircraft, which lists all available goods.

The catalogue is renewed twice a year, in October and April to coincide with the Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer seasons. It is divided into seven sections: perfumery, cosmetics, gifts, toys, chocolates, drinks and tobacco.
Each of these sections have articles that are only available on TAP and others that, while common to other markets, are especially chosen to the profile of the TAP Passenger.

With years of experience, continuous monitoring and constant consultation with the Cabin Crew, who are responsible for sales, it is possible to estimate wich goods will fly off the trolleys.

A number of Portuguese produtcs have been chosen, primarily Port wine, Oficina Real porcelain and filigree from Viana do Castelo.

The most preferred TAP articles are the miniature A340 and the aeroplane with small airport, a favourite toy.
