There is a new telephone number for TAP Lost & Found service out of Portugal: +351 707 205 700.

This service is exclusively dedicated to inform passengers about luggage, and is available daily from 6.00am to 11.00pm (GMT+1).

Lost & Found provides our Clients all information regarding their luggage in a quick and effective way through a simple phone call, without the need to go directly to our services' premises.
