Self Check-in

The most comfortable way to check-in at the airport.

     
 

A number of self-service check-in machines have been installed at Lisbon and Porto airports so that passengers can check in and choose their seat in just a few seconds.

At Lisbon Airport they are located in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, the check-in area and Car park 2.

At Porto Airport they are located near the TAP sales desk and next to the Groundforce help desk.

Self check-in is available to all passengers on TAP-operated flights* with or without hold baggage who have an electronic ticket, even if it was issued by another airline.

Hold baggage can be checked in at the baggage drop-off desks in each terminal.

As an alternative to identification with their electronic ticker number, passengers can use their Victoria frequent flyer number, provided that they gave it when booking. 

* Except passengers with resident or student fares travelling to the Azores and all passengers to the United States. This service is only available in the 48 hours prior to departure time and until the stipulated flight closing time.
