TAP moved to Heathrow Terminal 2
TAP started operations from Heathrow Terminal 2, The Queens Terminal, on the 22nd of October 2014.
For the 2014/2015 winter season TAP will be offering 45 weekly flights from Heathrow Terminal 2 to Lisbon and Madeira, with convenient connections to Africa and North, Central and South America including 12 destinations in Brazil.
Terminal 2 provides a better passenger journey. It devotes more terminal space to passenger choice and leisure. The shared check-in processes (known as the common solution) developed for Terminal 2 encourage TAP and other Star Alliance airlines to work together as a single team. They also give passengers a faster and smoother journey.
Check-in for TAP is in Zone D at Terminal 2 using the quick and easy self-service kiosks and fast bag-drop desks. Full-service check-in desks will still be available for our Business class travellers and holders of our Victoria Gold Card as well as those passengers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors.
A fast track lane is available for our Business class travellers and for Victoria Gold Card holders, as well as access to the Lufthansa Lounge in the T2A area and in the T2B area access to any of the United Airlines, Air Canada or Singapore Airlines Lounges.
