After launching its App for IOS and Android, and in keeping with its ongoing commitment to technological innovation and greater convenience for its passengers, TAP has just launched a new version of its site for mobile devices, now with more features. Access flytap.com or mobile.flytap.com on your mobile phone and start navigating right away.

The new site shows a version of the flytap.com website optimised for mobile devices, which is now available with all the latest features, including:

Free Apps

Continuing our commitment to pioneering and innovation, TAP is offering free apps for your mobile or tablet.

These can be used free of charge in Portuguese and English and may be downloaded at the App Store (for all users of Apple iOS applications, such as an iPhone / iPod Touch or iPad) or at Google Play (for Android).

Your TAP boarding pass is now available in Passbook

Passbook is an application launched exclusively by Apple that allows users of ios system devices to store digital documents when they use the services of companies that have this application integrated into their mobile channels.
TAP now has this function integrated into its ios application, making it possible for its customers to save their boarding passes. After completing your mobile check-in, when your boarding pass is generated the application gives you the option of storing it in Passbook. This function is available for iPhones and iPods with the IOS6 operating system.
 

Victoria Customers: 

This app enables Victoria customers to access a reserved area which, after authentication of their membership number, enables them to access and consult their personal account, easily, quickly and securely!
 
You can therefore:

  • Check information on active bookings (free tickets and return fare tickets)
  • Access the air miles redemption form
  • Check their Victoria account
