   - Flight Number
   - Last Name
   - Electronic ticket number or Victoria passenger number
   - Departure date
   - City/town of departure
• if there are several itineraries, select the one(s) intended.

The procedure is only concluded when reconfirmed.

After the cancellation procedure, boarding cards are considered null and void. You should now destroy them.
