From October 26 and in line with the timely reduction of the number of flights on some specific routes during this period as advertised, TAP is in contrast increasing flights to some destinations. This way the company is corresponding to increased demand and responding in a flexible way to existing opportunities for expansion and in this case doubling its flights to Sao Tome in comparison with the winter period of last year.
With the launch of this second flight to Sao Tome at the beginning of the IATA winter period this destination is now served by flights from Lisbon every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:35pm arriving in Sao Tome at 5:35am (the following day). On the return leg, flights run on Wednesdays and Fridays departing from Sao Tome at 8:05am and arriving in Lisbon at 14:05pm.
To mark the start-up of this second flight to Sao Tome, TAP is launching a special return offer – tap|basic – at 590 euros plus airport fees valid on flights made from October 23 2008.
