- Schengen Destinations (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic and Sweden, as well as Island and Norway (non EU members): Tele check-in must be carried out up to 45 minutes before boarding;
- Non Schengen European Destinations, Africa, Brazil and Venezuela: Tele check-in must be carried out up to 60 minutes before boarding;
- USA: Tele check-in must be carried out at least 2 hours before boarding and passengers should be in the airport up to 60 minutes before their flight is due to departure.
