Access to Passenger Data by US Customs In compliance with requirements of the U.S. Government, TAP, allows U.S. Customs and Border Protection to access certain travel and reservation data (referred to as "Passenger Name Record" or "PNR") of passengers flying to, from or through the U.S. These data are used primarily for preventing and combating terrorism and other serious criminal offences. Further information can be obtained on this site or upon request to TAP. We also inform that passengers on flights to the United States of America are not permitted to carry cigarette lighters in their hand luggage aswell as in their hold luggage and on one's person. |
