A330-990N premiere in the air with TAP
TAP Air Portugal is the first company in the world to fly with the new A330-900neo. It is equipped with an AirSpace by Airbus cabin interior, whose innovative design allows that both passengers and crew enjoy a new flying experience.
Built for passengers and airlines, this cabin was created having confort, environment, service and design in mind.
What's new in A330neo?
















A321-215N – faster, greener and more versatile
The “middle brother” of the neo fleet represents add value to the A321 through point changes and improvements. Its cabin has the same size and seating capacity than the previous model – after some recent changes in the cabin – with 216 seats and two kinds of chair, but adds equipment, confort and modernization.
Performance-wise, it adds efficiency, reaching a 15% decrease in fuel consumption comparatively to the A321. This saving translates into bigger operating capacity. Besides the economic and environmental advantages it presents, this aircraft is also more flexible in the distances it can reach. By spending less fuel, the A321 can fly further and is able do cover a broader amount of destinations that TAP flies to.
Airbus A320-251N – Unique and progressive
The A320neo is an improved version of the A320. It has more space in both the hold and the cabin, as well as a longer range, and comes complete with the latest generation engines and SharkletTM devices on its wingtips.
The characteristics have transformed it into the most advanced and fuel efficient single aisle aircraft in the air. They allow it to achieve a reduction of about 50% in pollutant emissions and noise compared to the industry average.
