Do you need an extra seat? See how to book one and what the conditions are.
These are our recommendations when booking one:
- Request one when booking your TAP flight;
- The occupied seat will have the same fare, carrier surcharge and service charge as applied to the passenger;
- Extra seats cannot be provided to passengers travelling next to emergency exits, for safety reasons.
Passengers who, for medical reasons, require a seat in front to rest their leg, must see the Medical Assistance area for more information.
You may also contact TAP or your travel agent.
Extra seats to carry fragile or bulky baggage, musical instruments or diplomatic bags are also available.
For cabin baggage or bulky items, the number of extra seats provided by the airline will depend on the volume/weight of the baggage. Find out more here.
