Yes. TAP has been presented with several awards throughout its existence. More recently, in 2018, TAP ranked among the best companies to work for in Portugal. In 2022 it was once again awarded at the World Travel Awards, as Europe's Leading Airline to Africa and Europe's Leading Airline to South America. Since 2009 TAP has already received 43 World Travel Awards. 
In recent years TAP has consolidated its repositioning in some of its main markets, particularly in Africa and North and South America. It is the leading Portuguese airline between Europe and Brazil and has made a strong commitment to connections with the United States and Canada.

The company's mission focuses on sustainable growth and adapting to changes in each market as a whole, while increasing traffic volumes and occupancy rates.
