Fast Track and TSA PreCheck

Go directly to the boarding gate without wasting time.

Fast Track

Fast Track ensures priority airport security clearance, allowing faster access to the gate.

The service is free for:

  • Customers traveling with the fares Top Executive or Executive;
  • Customers with status TAP Miles&Go Silver, Gold, or Navigator (1);
  • Customers travelling with TAP Visa Gold, TAP Platinum, or TAP Business cards, as well as TAP Miles&Go credit cards (2);
  • Customers traveling on one of the Ponte Aérea flights between Lisbon and Porto, Madrid, Funchal, or Paris, excluding the Discount far.

(1) To enjoy the free service, please ensure your Customer Number (TP) or loyalty programme/airline number is added at the time of booking or Check-in.

(2) For TAP Visa Gold, Platinum, or Business cardholders as well as TAP Miles&Go credit cardholders, the service is available at Lisbon and Porto airports, except on the Discount fare, and will be automatically added at the time of Check-in.

Buy your Fast Track access

Don't waste time standing in boarding gate queues. If your trip does not include the Fast track service:

  • Click the “Add Fast Track” button;
  • Log in and / or access your booking details;
  • Add the Fast track option from 7 EUR / 8 USD /11 CAD or 1.450 miles.

Prices may vary depending on the purchase channel*, how far in advance you purchase, the trip date, and the origin and destination. During the booking process or later through Manage your Booking, you can check the Fast Track prices applicable to your trip.
For transactions outside of Europe using a different currency, the service fee will be converted from the fixed USD amount to the local currency (except Canada).
*Purchase channel: Manage your Booking, online Check-in, TAP kiosks and counters at the airport , TAP Contact Center and Travel Agencies.

TSA PreCheck

Our boarding passes are compatible with the TSA PreCheck program, which uses Digital Signature technology to safeguard the authenticity and security of your data, providing an efficient and secure screening process and faster access to the boarding gate.

With TSA PreCheck, during the Security Control, you do not have to:

  • Remove shoes, belts, or light coats;
  • Remove laptops and liquids from the hand baggage and personal items.
