By the end of 2020 we expect to implement Community Development Cooperation programs in the areas of Education and Basic Sanitation, with an impact on about 15,000 people, giving them access to safe drinking water, basic hygiene and health conditions, and consequently a more dignified life.
These programs, based on school infrastructures, aim to:
- Supply school populations with drinking water, minimizing diseases transmitted by the consumption of contaminated water.
- Build or rehabilitate the sanitary facilities of schools, as well as classrooms.
- Make the beneficiaries aware of the importance of maintaining and managing water sources and their proper use.
- Equip schools according to their needs and those of their students, at the didactic-pedagogical level.
