    Terms and conditions

    1. After award ticket issuance, only the date of travel or flight number (time) can be changed. Is is not possible to change the booking class or route.
    2. All Award Tickets may be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure, providing they have not been partially used and are still valid. Miles will be re-credited with the initial validity date.
    3. The service charge for Victoria Service Centre is not refundable.
    4. Amounts updated on 15 March 2016 and posted on the site on 01 March 2016.
