To apply for a refund via FLYTAP, you must have made your purchase through one of TAP’s sales channels (Contact Centre, Desks or FLYTAP)
 
No. Tickets issued by travel agencies can only be refunded by travel agencies.
Ticket refund requests can be made at any time up to one year after the date the ticket is issued.
For credit card payments, the refund will be processed within 7 days. If you purchased your ticket using a debit card, the refund will be processed by bank transfer within 21 days. 
 
All flights on your booking are cancelled immediately the refund request is confirmed.

Yes, refunds for TAP Miles&Go Prize Tickets can be requested online. If you want to request a refund, you can do it here
However, refunds for miles must be requested via our Contact Center (see our contact number here). In the case of refunds for TAP Miles&Go miles, penalties may apply. 
No. The value is non-refundable, even when there is a purchase of the Upgrade service (either through auction or fixed price, with cash or miles). 
However, if after purchasing an extra service, the original fare is changed and the ticket reissued for a business cabin fare, which has already included this service, then you can request a refund.
