Alerts and informations

TAP has been adjusting its operation to cope with a peak in crew absenteeism, since crew availability is being affected by the new omicron virus variant, which has led to the cancellation of some flights, with passengers being accommodated on other TAP or partner flights.

TAP tries to cancel flights that may be affected by the lack of crew availability as early as possible and immediately protects passengers on other flights.

In order to facilitate the process and avoid as much as possible the nuisance caused by these cancelations, for which we apologize, the passengers of whom TAP has contact details will receive a message from the airline informing of the new flight and, if they wish to make any changes to the solution found by TAP, they can simply follow the link in the same message to do so, online.

If the ticket regarding the canceled flight was booked via a travel agency, we ask passengers to contact them to rebook the flight.
