All you need to know about your Customer area.
Create a TAP Account here. Once you have provided your details you receive an email with a link via which you can activate your registration and choose a password. This link is valid for 24 hours. After this period, you need to register again.
The link sent to your email address is valid for 24 hours. After that you have to register again.
Check if our password verification email is in the SPAM folder. If it is not there, you can submit another request to retrieve your password or you can contact TAP.
You can access your account here by entering your email (or Customer number) and your password.
You can also login to your TAP Account through a social network. In that case, you login to your TAP Account using the details for the chosen platform.

To complete your TAP Customer profile, go to your Customer Area and click on “My profile” to update and complete your personal information and preferences and see how to manage the messages sent by TAP.
You can select which news you would like to receive and the method of receipt in your customer area under “Manage Communications”.
In your customer area under “Manage Communications”, you can indicate that you would like to receive important information about your flight and check-in.
To retrieve your password, simply click here and indicate the email address you used to register your TAP Customer Account. If you have registered through a social network, you should retrieve your password via the same platform.
Check if our password verification email is in the SPAM folder. If it is not there, we suggest that you send a new request to retrieve your password by accessing the link in the last email received. You can also contact TAP.

You can change your password from your Customer Area. Click on “My profile” then on the “My profile” tab you will be offered the chance to change your password.
Yes. Once you are registered you can login to your TAP Account via your social network accounts. Go to your “Customer Area”, click on “My profile” and select your chosen platform in the “Social Networks” field.
If you have a TAP account, you can retrieve your password even if you have an associated social media account. To do this, just click here and indicate the email address you used to register your TAP Customer Account. If you have registered through a social network, you should retrieve your password via the same platform.

Go to your “Customer Area”, click on “My profile” and at the bottom of the page you will find the “Delete account” option. If you confirm you want to delete your account will be deleted.
