(c) The newspapers and magazines must be downloaded before boarding, and can be read offline on a smartphone or tablet. This free service is available via the TAP mobile app (valid for TAP Clients travelling on flights operated by TAP).
(d) Provide your contact information in the booking or online check-in to receive your flight notifications.

* As of July 1, 2018, new values of accumulating miles for the Ponte Aérea have taken effect on fares for tap|discount, tap|basic and tap|plus. Fares for tap|executive and tap|top executive for Ponte Aérea went into effect on 4/15/2019.

** Ticket Changes:

- Without a confirmed seat reservation and on the same day as the original flight and without being a no-show: no cost to the passenger.

- With a confirmed seat reservation and on the same day as the original flight and without being a no-show: 
- There is a fee of €40 for the tap|discount fare.
- There is a fee of €35 for the tap|basic fare.
- This change is free for the tap|plus fare.
- There is a fee of €35 for the tap|executive fare.
- This change is free for the tap|top executive fare.
- TAP Miles&Go Gold Clients are exempt from prepayment if they request it on the same day as the original flight.

- With seats booked on the days before or after the original flight and change to a booking before the date (in the case of a change to a confirmed booking) / original flight:
- There is a fee of €40 for the tap|discount fare, plus the fares difference (where applicable). 
- There is a fee of €35 for the tap|basic fare, plus the fares difference (where applicable). 
- On tap|plus fare, only the tariff difference applies (when applicable).
- There is a fee of €35 for the tap|executive fare, plus the fares difference (where applicable). 
- On tap|top executive fare, only the tariff difference applies (when applicable).

- In the case of no-show or the booking is changed after the original flight date: 
- There is a fee of €70 for the tap|discount fare (the reissue must be made within 24 hours of the booking), plus the fare difference (where applicable). 
- There is a fee of €65 for the tap|basic fare (the reissue must be made within 24 hours of the booking), plus the fare difference (where applicable). 
- Tariff difference only (when applicable) in case of tap|plus fare.
- There is a fee of €65 for the tap|executive fare (the reissue must be made within 24 hours of the booking), plus the fare difference (where applicable). 
- Tariff difference only (when applicable) in case of tap|top executive fare.

- Changes to an Award Ticket booking: Maintaining the day of travel, the change is always made with seat reservation, at a cost of €30. If the booking is changed to another day, the general rules of the TAP Miles&Go Programme apply.

Specially reserved areas for the Ponte Aérea have been created in Porto and Lisbon. This makes the formalities at the airport much easier.

Porto:
  • Check-in desks: 18 and 19;
  • Boarding gate: 32.

Lisbon:
  • Check-in desks: 6 and 7;
  • Security control beside check-in desks 6 and 7;
  • Boarding gates: 15 and 15A.

Even if you have already checked in, you will get to the boarding gate more quickly without the being slowed down by queues. When departing from Lisbon always use the security control reserved for the Ponte Aérea, even if on your boarding pass you do not have the Fast track service indication.

Provide enough time for possible queues at baggage drop-off and security checks, especially if you are in transit and have luggage.
