How do I create a TAP client account?

Create a TAP Account here. Once you have provided your details you receive an email with a link via which you can activate your registration and choose a password. This link is valid for 24 hours. After this period, you need to register again.

How long do I have to activate my account after registering?

The link sent to your email address is valid for 24 hours. After that you have to register again.

I did not receive an account confirmation email. What should I do?

Check if our password verification email is in the SPAM folder. If it is not there, you can submit another request to retrieve your password or you can contact TAP.

How do I access my client area?

You can access your account here by entering your email (or client number) and your password.
You can also login to your TAP Account through a social network. In that case, you login to your TAP Account using the details for the chosen platform.

How do I activate my TAP Account?

After registering here you receive an email with a link via which you can activate your registration and choose a password. This link is valid for 24 hours. After that you have to register again. Contact TAP if you do not receive an email with the account activation link.

How do I complete my TAP Client profile?

To complete your TAP Client profile, go to your client area and click on “My profile” to update and complete your personal information and preferences and see how to manage the messages sent by TAP.

What should I do to receive Flytap news?

You can select which news you would like to receive and the method of receipt in your customer area under “Manage Communications”.

How can I receive information about my flight and check-in?

In your customer area under “Manage Communications”, you can indicate that you would like to receive important information about your flight and check-in.

How do I recover my password?

To retrieve your password, simply click here and indicate the email address you used to register your TAP Customer Account. If you have registered through a social network, you should retrieve your password via the same platform.

I did not receive a password recovery email. What should I do?

Check if our password verification email is in the SPAM folder. If it is not there, we suggest that you send a new request to retrieve your password by accessing the link in the last email received. You can also contact TAP.

How do I recover my client number?

We will help you if you contact us.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password from your client area. Click on “My profile” then on the “My profile” tab you will be offered the chance to change your password.

Can I link my TAP Account with a social network?

Yes. Once you are registered you can login to your TAP Account via your social network accounts. Go to your “Client Area”, click on “My profile” and select your chosen platform in the “Social Networks” field.

I have linked my TAP Account to a social network and want to recover my password. What should I do?

If you have a TAP account, you can retrieve your password even if you have an associated social media account. To do this, just click here and indicate the email address you used to register your TAP Customer Account. If you have registered through a social network, you should retrieve your password via the same platform.

Are my personal details protected while I am registered on the TAP site?

How do I delete my TAP Account?

Go to your “Client Area”, click on “My profile” and at the bottom of the page you will find the “Delete account” option. If you confirm you want to delete your account will be deleted.
