Meet at a meeting point yet to be defined.
Visit to Quinta Bio Kairos to select vegetables to use in preparing lunch.
Tour to the volcanic cooking holes to learn about the bread baking process; collect the bread for lunch.
Visit Gorreana, the largest tea plantation in Europe, to discover everything about the world of tea.
Departure from the port of Porto Formoso on a boat trip along the north coast of the island, to admire the imposing cliffs.
Using fish caught during the early hours of the morning and vegetables selected on the farm, Chef Cláudio Pontes prepares a fresh menu with local flavors. Traditional starters to share and some regional sweets are part of this menu of 4 to 6 dishes that are accompanied by surprising wines from the Azores.
