If you are traveling with checked luggage and have a connecting flight in Brazil, the United States or Canada, be sure to collect your luggage for customs control in these countries. Then follow the directions and go to the luggage transfer point.

Voucher refund
- You must book your flight within 1 year and travel up to 360 days after booking;
- Easy online issuance;
- Total or partial use of the voucher is allowed;
- Refunds will be made by the rules of the purchased fare.
Refund to the original payment method
You can request a ticket refund, according to the terms and conditions of the fare you have purchased, to the original payment method.

The online refund request is only available for tickets purchased directly from TAP. If you made your booking via a travel agency, please contact them to request your refund. If you are unable to solve the situation directly with your agency, please contact our team.
