Award Tickets may not be available on all flights. The prices displayed are subject to additional airport taxes to be paid when the ticket is issued;
The number of seats is limited, even on flights that are not yet fully booked. Seat availability for Award Tickets varies according to the chosen destination and time of the year. Round-trip Ticket: maximum of four segments. One-way Ticket: maximum of two segments;
Award Tickets do not allow Upgrades;
Award Tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue, except for promotional tickets;
You can change the date, time, flight number and Class after the ticket has been issued by paying a fee - see the values here. Class may only be changed if there is no availability in the original Class on the new trip date. Additionally, the adjustment (debit) of the miles value will be made;
Award Tickets are not eligible for the TAP Stopover program. On flyTAP bookings, if you wish to stopover in Lisbon or Porto, you can do so by selecting the Multi-City option when making the booking;
Tickets issued through the Contact Center and flyTAP can only be paid for using the payment methods available at the time of booking (Credit and Debit Card options). Other payment methods may be available at TAP Stores at the airport or through representatives. See here the complete information on the issuance fee values;
You must have your Credit Card with you to pay airport taxes and service fees. As soon as the booking is made, the miles corresponding to your award will be debited from your mileage account. Tickets are issued immediately after booking. Waiting lists are only allowed for Gold Customers;
If the ticket is issued at a TAP counter in Brazil, the value in foreign currency will be converted to reais at the exchange rate on the day of purchase;
If you use the miles loan benefit when booking via the TAP Contact Center:
Miles 500 miles; Silver 5.000 miles; Gold 10.000 miles; Navigator 20.000 miles. When you use this benefit, the balance of your TAP Miles&Go Account will be negative. Your balance can be recovered as new miles credits are added to your TAP Miles&Go Account;
To recover balance more quickly, you may choose to purchase a miles accrual product (Club, Miles&Go Gift, transfer and/or purchase of miles);
Award Tickets are not valid for charter flights;

Airport taxes apply on top of prices displayed;
For round-trip tickets (adults and children), the maximum is six segments;
For one-way tickets (adults and children), the maximum is three segments;
Award Tickets are not valid for charter flights;
Waiting lists are not allowed;
Additional flights or unscheduled diversions beyond the original route on your ticket (side trips) are not permitted;
Maximum of one Stopover per ticket, for round trips only. One-way trips do not allow Stopover;
It is permitted to start the trip at a specific point of origin and return from another (open jaw). In this case, miles will be charged based on the destination with the highest miles value;
Combinations are allowed for Award Tickets in Star Alliance flights (where TAP is included);
Once the ticket has been issued, can change the schedule, but must keep the route and validity period. Administrative fees may apply. See values here;
Award Tickets are valid for one year after they are issued. Some promotions may reduce the validity period of the ticket;
Award Tickets are refundable if the flights involved have not yet taken place. Administrative fees may apply for refunds of the miles;
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform TAP of this cancellation before the flight date, whether you are traveling with a ticket or an Upgrade with miles. Otherwise, a penalty for no-show will be applied, which will be added to the request for a refund of miles;
Blackout dates may apply on certain Airlines;
Seat availability for Award Tickets varies according to the chosen destination and time of the year; it is not guaranteed year round. The number of seats is limited, even on flights that are not yet fully booked;
Whenever a segment is booked in Business Class, the Business Class miles value is applied to the entire trip;
Whenever a segment is booked in First Class, the First Class miles value is applied to the entire trip;
