How do I book my meal?

If you travel in Executive Class, you can choose your main dish in advance: simply log in or enter your booking number, then select the eligible flight and book your meal. Find out more here.

 

On which flights can you choose your in-flight meal?

The option to choose your main dish is available in Executive Class, on long-haul flights departing from Lisbon, and on medium-haul flights to/from Lisbon. Find out more here.

Which passengers qualify for this service?

This service is available to passengers flying Executive Class on long-haul flights departing from Lisbon and medium-haul flights to/from Lisbon. It is also available to Stopover passengers, and on intercontinental flights that stopover in Lisbon.

When can I book my meal?

You can make your booking from 30 days up to 24 hours before the departure of the respective flight.

Can I change my selection?

If you have already made your booking but need to modify it, please call our Contact Center up to 24 hours before departure.

Can I order special meals?

Yes. TAP Air Portugal has a number of special meals available to meet your requirements. You can order a special meal provided that you have a flight booking and request it up to 24 hours before departure. You can request this service online - Manage Booking -, via our Contact Center, at a TAP counter, or through your Travel Agency. Find out more about special meals here.

Which Economy Class flights include free meals?

Economy Class fare includes free meals on flights to and from: the Americas, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Sao Tome and Principe, Angola, Mozambique, Israel, and Russia. If your long-haul trip includes a connection in Europe or North Africa, our Inflight Sales Menu will be available on your short-haul flight.

On which flights is our Inflight Sales Service available?

Our Economy Class Inflight Sales Service is available on routes to and from Europe (except Lisbon-Porto Air Shuttle, Madrid, Malaga, Seville, and Russia) and North Africa. This Service is not available on flights operated by the ATR fleet.

What payment methods are available for the Inflight Sales Service?

Credit and debit cards: American Express, Apple Pay, Chip and Pin, Contactless, Mastercard, Samsung Pay, Visa, and Google Pay. Payment currency: EUR only. Payment Limit: €50 per transaction. Cash payments not accepted.

What items are available for sale?
