The Tap Corporate balance can be used on flights, services and TAP products. For TAP Corporate accounts registered in Portugal, there can be a discount of up to 50% of the total value of the trip, and up to 100% for accounts registered in other markets. You can redeem the discount directly in your personal area (My Corporate), through the available booking engine or through the program’s service line.
You can check your TAP Corporate balance in the My Corporate menu and then on the Balances & Movements option. Here you can see not only the list of the accumulated balance but also all the movements made in your account.
How do I buy a ticket with my TAP Corporate balance?
Through the TAP Corporate program, after accessing your company account, you can use the Booking Engine available for purchasing TAP tickets. The payment can be made with Credit Card or ATM and, for this reason, you can make a regular purchase and simply indicate your company’s identification code (CI).
You can deduct the total or partial value of the ticket and TAP Products (e.g.: Lounge, Fast, Luggage). If you use the balance for partial payment, the rest can be paid with the forms of payments available (Credit Card, ATM or PayPal).
Use of a face mask is mandatory on board all TAP flights. Therefore, all our passengers must be equipped with one and guarantee that it is used during the entire duration of the journey.
Baggage is carried in the hold for free on all flights except for tap|discount. If so, please be advised that you may purchase this service in the next step.
If you are traveling with checked luggage and have a connecting flight in Brazil, the United States or Canada, be sure to collect your luggage for customs control in these countries. Then follow the directions and go to the luggage transfer point.
