TAP continues to make every effort to provide the best service to its Clients. For this reason, whenever possible and whenever circumstances so require, we will adjust our operation. This adjustment takes into consideration the current situation that has imposed mobility restrictions on everyone, as the main measure to contain and eradicate the coronavirus COVID-19, with border closures and declarations of states of emergency by government authorities, where the Company operates.

Our operation is always ready to respond, with the mission of transporting our Clients to their families, on the routes where it is still possible to operate.

We will continue to work towards minimizing the damage caused to our Clients, convinced that we will soon restore our operation, focusing on providing the best experience for our passengers, as well as in the future and TAP's sustainability.

Operation for my destination and flight has been canceled:
After the request, the voucher will be issued for the value of the unused ticket and no re-routing will be allocated. The voucher will be sent by email and will be valid for a future purchase with TAP.

Operation to my destination remains but my flight has been canceled:
If you want to be rerouted on another flight, you must contact TAP. Alternatively, you can request the issuance of a voucher for the value of unused ticket here. The voucher will be sent by email and will be valid for a future purchase with TAP.

I want to change / cancel my journey: 
Change or cancel your trip in advance.
Use Manage Booking to change the dates of your flight(s) online and without paying the change fee. One change fee is waived per reservation.
Alternatively, you can request the issuance of a voucher for the value of the unused ticket. The voucher will be sent by email and will be valid for a future purchase with TAP.
