The special Birthday promo code allows a TAP booking to be issued at a discount and is valid for use during the month of your birthday or the month after. The special offer code is not valid after this period. (e.g. if your birthday is in January, the code can be used for bookings made in January or February).
There are no restrictions on the journey date as long as the booking is made and the ticket is issued within the validity period: i.e. the client can enjoy the discount during the month of their birthday or the month after.
The Birthday discount is only valid for bookings on flights operated by TAP (codeshares are not included) and is available on all TAP products except Discount.
The discount is valid for return, one-way and Multi-City journeys.
The discount can be used for economy and executive class TAP flights, as long as they are paid for using the client's currency of residence.
Not applicable to bonus journeys bought using miles.
The promo code is valid per booking and the discount is applied to the total booking fare, regardless of the number of passengers.
The discount is applied to the fare and carrier surcharge, but not to the airport taxes.
If the total price of the booking (fare and carrier surcharge) is equal to or less than the amount of the discount, there is always a €2 (two euro) charge per passenger, excluding airport taxes.
The Birthday promo code is only valid for tickets purchased by the account holder.
The Birthday promo code cannot be used for existing bookings.
The fare class conditions apply to the bookings made with this promo, in the case of any alteration or refund of the booking.
The Birthday promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts such as Miles&Go Promo and TAP Gift Vouchers.
The Birthday promo code is valid only for bookings made on www.flytap.com and must be entered before completing the online process, selecting "I have a promotional or congress code” option;
The offer is available for the payment methods of ATM, Credit Card and PayPal. If another method of payment is selected, the discount is removed from the reservation.
