For example, if you want to make a booking with TAP on a flight operated by Olympic Airways, you will not be able to do so with an Award Ticket, a MilesOnly Ticket or a Miles&Cash Ticket. You can use your air miles to book flights operated by TAP, Star Alliance Network airlines or our other partner airlines, where this type of award is allowed.

Can I pay for purchases in the TAP Store with TAP Miles&Go Programme miles?
Yes. You can use the miles previously earned in the TAP Miles&Go Programme to pay for purchases at Store.flytap.com. TAP Store products are currently only unavailable in Brazil, USA and Canada.
You will have to have sufficient miles in your TAP Miles&Go Account balance to cover the total product purchase costs (products + shipping).
Payment with TAP's TAP Miles&Go Programme miles will be automatic after logging in with your TAP Miles&Go Client Number.
