Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to Club TAP Miles&Go.By subscribing, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions below. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be applied in conjunction with the General Terms, Policies and Conditions of Use of Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, A. (available here and TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions and other specific terms and conditions shared with the Customer on the website and at any time (starting now jointly referred to as "Terms and Conditions").
These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time by Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, S.or by the TAP Miles&Go Program, with such changes taking effect upon publication. The user's continued access and use will be deemed an unequivocal acknowledgment that they have read, accepted, and understood the modified Terms and Conditions. By accessing these webpages or making a purchase through them, the Customer consents to be bound by these conditions.
Club TAP Miles&Go focuses on TAP Miles&Go Programme Customers. This twelve-month plan provides Bonus Miles / Status, benefits, and exclusive offers.
Membership—Credit Card Payment:
- Subscribing to Club TAP Miles&Go plans implies a loyalty commitment and, therefore, requires acceptance of the twelve-month validity limit.
- Membership is not automatically renewable for equal periods after the end date. The mileage accrual and benefits will halt, and the TAP Miles&Go Customer must purchase a new plan.
- Customers can purchase up to one plan simultaneously. Membership implies the Customer's prior knowledge and acceptance of the provisions outlined in these specific Terms and Conditions relevant to Club TAP Miles&Go in addition to the guidelines set in the TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions.
- The membership transaction is definitive and non-refundable.
Renewal—Credit Card Payment:
- Customers have thirty days to receive the renewal miles bonus: fifteen days before the still active Club TAP Miles&Go expires and fifteen days after the validity of Club TAP Miles&Go. In case the renewal occurs within fifteen days before the active Club TAP Miles&Go expires, the new Club and its benefits will only become effective after the previous Club becomes inactive. When the previous Club TAP Miles&Go expires, the new Club TAP Miles&Go becomes effective, and the renewal miles transfer automatically.
- Renewal implies the Customer's prior knowledge and acceptance of the provisions outlined in these specific Terms and Conditions relevant to Club TAP Miles&Go in addition to the guidelines set in the TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions.
- The renewal transaction is definitive and non-refundable.
Miles and benefits credits—Credit Card Payment:
- The miles credit for Club TAP Miles&Go plans only starts accruing after registering with the Club. Membership miles are equivalent to Bonus Miles. You will earn Bonus Miles and Status Miles on a monthly basis. Renewal miles are only equivalent to Status Miles. Status Miles enable status advancement in Annual Mileage Accrual.
- Status Miles only start adding up after the first monthly miles credit: The cumulative number of these miles factors towards status advancement.
- The Bonus Miles and Status and benefits are personal and linked to the TAP Miles&Go Account with an active plan. Customers cannot transfer Club TAP Miles&Go plans between TAP Miles&Go accounts.
- Customers can only accumulate benefits with ground partners listed within the purchased plan.
- Customers receive welcome miles when joining the Program or renewing their subscription. After joining, on the 20th day of each month, Customers receive monthly miles. Customers can additionally collect extra miles and added benefits from the Club TAP Miles&Go membership purchased plan.
- Customers can accumulate the total number of miles advertised over the plan's twelve-month period, provided all requirements are met (membership miles + monthly miles + flight benefits + credit card spending).
- Flight miles credits cannot be combined with credits resulting from specific campaigns or promotions.
Membership—Direct Debit Monthly Payment:
Club TAP Miles&Go has discontinued this payment method.
Renewal—Direct Debit Monthly Payment
After the initial twelve-month period, and if the Customer has opted for the Direct Debit Monthly Payment (and the Bank payment authorization remains active), the membership of Club TAP Miles&Go is automatically renewed for equal and successive periods of twelve months under the conditions above.
The automatic renewal of one of the Club TAP Miles&Go plans with the option Direct Debit Monthly Payment implies the immediate credit of renewal miles according to each type of Club, excluding any extra promotional miles from campaigns in force at the time of renewal.
Miles and Benefits Credit—Direct Debit Monthly Payment:
Mileage accrual for Club TAP Miles&Go will only start after registering for and paying the subscription. The monthly credit of Bonus Miles and Status Miles will occur when the monthly payment is successfully processed, both upon registering and in subsequent monthly payments. Miles will be credited depending on the monthly or annual fee payment.
The successful payment of the first monthly fee will activate the Club TAP Miles&Go subscription, and all its benefits will be available to the Customer. Customers accumulate promotional miles upon membership confirmation for the first year of the subscription from the campaign in force at the time of registration.
Customers will receive the miles corresponding to the plan in force at purchase. The miles credit will become effective when the bank authorizes the direct debit from the Customer's Account, activating the Club in the TAP Miles&Go account. (Note: If at the time of the Club activation in the TAP Miles&Go account, another promotion is in force, this referred promotion will always apply. After the successful monthly charge, the system will credit the monthly miles on the date the Customer chooses (1st, 10th, or 21st of each month).
The Customer can change the IBAN for direct debit payments for their Club monthly fees at any time. This change will take effect in at least three business days. Like the next monthly payment, the system may still charge the previous IBAN if you don't submit the request well before the billing date.
Cancellation—Direct Debit Monthly Payment:
In case the Customer opted for the Direct Debit Monthly Payment, and this payment is rejected due to any failure in collecting the fee for reasons beyond TAP Air Portugal's control, and, consequently, the membership with Club TAP Miles&Go terminates, the Customer may still join Club TAP Miles&Go again, however, only through an Annual Payment by Credit Card. The amount paid in the previous months is not eligible for a refund. The new subscription through the Direct Debit Monthly Payment will only be available after the period of twelve months has elapsed from the time of the first Club TAP Miles&Go subscription using the same payment method.
Club TAP Miles&Go membership will terminate if the Customer cancels their monthly fee payments before completing at least the first six (6) full months of the twelve-month membership period. This results in revoking any Bonus Miles and Status Miles earned through the Club. The Program will no longer extend any miles eligible for extra validity as a Club benefit and retract any status upgrade resulting from the Customer's Club membership. The system will cancel any tickets or service purchases if Customers use their miles for the transaction. The Customer Account will then show a negative balance and a suspended status until the Customer resolves the balance.
Club TAP Miles&Go membership will terminate if the Customer cancels their monthly fee payments before completing the twelve-month membership period. This results in revoking and no longer extending any miles eligible for extra validity as a Club benefit. The Program will also retract any status upgrade from the Customer's Club membership. The system will cancel any tickets or service purchases if Customers use their miles for the transaction. The Customer Account will then show a negative balance and a suspended status until the Customer resolves the balance.
In this payment method, if Customers fail to make a monthly payment after the thirteenth month—whether due to insufficient balance or any other reason exceeding TAP Air Portugal's control—the system will cancel the Club TAP Miles&Go subscription and remove any credited renewal miles from your mileage balance. The amount paid in the previous monthly installments is not eligible for a refund.
Club TAP Miles&Go Basic Plan:
- Membership Bonus Miles – 2,000
- Monthly Bonus Miles – 1,000
- Monthly Status Miles – 50
- Status Renewal Miles – 400
- Customers can earn additional Bonus Miles on TAP flights. The Bonus Miles percentage calculation depends on the miles the Customer accrues for the relevant flight, excluding any miles earned from status bonuses—15% up to a maximum of 5,000 Bonus Miles during the plan's validity period;
- Single Bonus Miles credit with ground partners—4,000 (after spending 25,000 miles on a Millennium bcp Credit Card).
Club TAP Miles&Go Extra Plan:
- Membership Bonus Miles – 4,000
- Monthly Bonus Miles – 2,000
- Monthly Status Miles – 100
- Status Renewal Miles – 800
- Customers can earn additional Bonus Miles on TAP flights. The Bonus Miles percentage calculation depends on the miles the Customer accrues for the relevant flight, excluding any miles earned from status bonuses—20% up to a maximum of 7,500 Bonus Miles during the plan's validity period;
- Single Bonus Miles credit with ground partners—6,000 (after spending 25,000 miles on a Millennium bcp Credit Card).
Club TAP Miles&Go Top Plan:
- Membership Bonus Miles – 8,000
- Monthly Bonus Miles – 4,000
- Monthly Status Miles – 200
- Status Renewal Miles – 2,600
- Customers can earn additional Bonus Miles on TAP flights. The Bonus Miles percentage calculation depends on the miles the Customer accrues for the relevant flight, excluding any miles earned from status bonuses—25% up to a maximum of 10,000 Bonus Miles during the plan's validity period;
- Single credit of Bonus Miles with ground partners—8,000 (after spending 25,000 miles on a Millennium bcp Credit Card);
- Validity extension of a maximum of 30,000 miles—the miles will remain in the Account if, on their expiry date, the Customer's Club is active (from January 01, 2022).
Club TAP Miles&Go Platinum Plan:
- Membership Bonus Miles – 16,000
- Monthly Bonus Miles – 8,000
- Monthly Status Miles – 400
- Status Renewal Miles – 5,200
- Customers can earn additional Bonus Miles on TAP flights. The Bonus Miles percentage calculation depends on the miles the Customer accrues for the relevant flight, excluding any miles earned from status bonuses—25% up to a maximum of 10,000 Bonus Miles during the plan's validity period;
- Single Bonus Miles credit with ground partners—15,000 (after spending 25,000 miles on a Millennium bcp Credit Card);
- Miles Validity extension—the miles will remain in the Account if, on their expiry date, the Customer's Club is active;
- Status: Access to Silver benefits.
Club TAP Miles&Go Platinum +:

- Customers can earn additional Bonus Miles on TAP flights. The Bonus Miles percentage calculation depends on the miles the Customer accrues for the relevant flight, excluding any miles earned from status bonuses—25% up to a maximum of 10,000 Bonus Miles during the plan's validity period;
- Single Bonus Miles credit with ground partners—15,000 (after spending 25,000 miles on a Millennium bcp Credit Card);
- Miles Validity extension—the miles will remain in the Account if, on their expiry date, the Customer's Club is active;
- Status: Access to Silver benefits under the conditions inherent to the tier for the Annual Mileage Accrual.
Price of the plans:
- The price of each plan is stipulated on our website at all times.
- The amount charged to the Customer is based on the currency associated with the address in the Customer's profile and the total value of each plan.
