Terms and Conditions

HSBC Classic, Gold, Easy Points, Platinum, Advance, Premier and Premier World Elite credit card holders must have signed up for the Más HSBC or HSBC Premier Rewards Programs in order to transfer their points to the TAP Miles&Go Program.
Minimum HSBC Points per transfer: 3,500 points.
When transferring HSBC Points, it is up to the Customer to provide the correct member number or frequent passenger account number.
Points may only be transferred between accounts belonging to the same Customer. Therefore, HSBC Bank may request the name of the Customer to verify the ownership of the account.
Should there be an error or failure or HSBC detects wrong data, the transfer platform will show a message with the corresponding details and the transfer will not be processed.
Once the HSBC Points have been transferred, they will be immediately deducted from the available Points balance within HSBC, and the Customer will receive an email confirmation.
Estimated transfer processing time: Up to 1 business day.
All reward transfers are final and cannot be reversed.
