Club TAP Miles&Go miles will be credited and counted after joining and upon the corresponding monthly payment. Bonus Miles and Status Miles will be credited each month upon successful payment of the monthly fee, both upon joining and on subsequent monthly payments. Miles will be credited upon payment of each monthly fee.
Once the first monthly fee has been paid, membership of Club TAP Miles&Go will be confirmed and the Client may make use of it.
Clients receive the miles according to the rules in force at the purchase date. The miles are credited when the bank authorises the direct debit and when the Club membership is activated in the TAP Miles&Go account. If there is another special offer when your Club membership is activated in the TAP Miles&Go account, it will not apply.
Monthly miles will be credited upon successful payment of the monthly fee on the date selected by the Client (1st, 10th or 21st of the month).
The client may change the IBAN associated with the direct debit of your Club's tuition fees at any time. The effectiveness of this change will take at least 3 working days, and as such, the next monthly fee may still be charged to the previous IBAN, depending on the relationship between the date of the request and the date of collection.
If the Client cancels the payment before at least the first 6 (six) full months of each 12 (twelve) month period have elapsed, your Club TAP Miles&Go membership will be canceled, the Bonus Miles and Status Miles accumulated with the Club will be charged back, as well as the miles extended in its validity as a Club benefit and, if you have received a new status due to membership in the Club, it will be withdrawn. If the Client has already used these miles on tickets or other services, these will be canceled and the account will have a negative balance and remain suspended until the balance is settled.
