Terms and conditions

  1. Miles will only be allocated to clients who provide their TAP Miles&Go Client Number when making a purchase.
  2. The miles will be credited to the TAP Miles&Go Client account within one month of purchase.
  3. Miles can only be earned on purchases made in Portugal.
  4. The miles credit request must be made within 6 months of the date of the activity and will be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
  5. Once the miles have been credited to the Client’s Account they cannot be returned.

Terms and conditions

  1. Vouchers can only be exchanged in specifically designated stores;
  2. Whenever a voucher is used for a purchase costing less than its value, the system automatically provides a credit voucher that can only be exchanged at the retail chain where issued;
  3. Use-by date once issued: March 31 2018;
  4. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing discount or promotional offer;
  5. Each Voucher must clearly state the value, retail outlet and voucher number;
  6. Vouchers can only be exchanged for items on their presentation in participating stores, together with one’s TAP Miles&Go Card;
  7. No returns accepted.
