Chef Ricardo Costa

Ricardo Costa
Ricardo Costa was born in Aveiro and is passionate about Portuguese cuisine. His sophisticated yet authentic cuisine aims to showcase the finest Portuguese culinary traditions and products with a contemporary approach and innovative techniques. 

He has extensive experience in hotels and restaurants, but it was at Casa da Calçada (Amarante) that he was presented with his first Michelin Star in 2008. In 2010, Costa became Executive Chef at The Yeatman in Gaia, where he has already won two Michelin Stars (2011 and 2016), among many other awards.
