Medical authorisations

See and use the medical authorisations you need to travel.

To be able to provide a better service to our passengers, we draw attention to the fact that it is necessary to inform TAP whenever you have health problems. 

If you suffer from a severe or disabling disease, your doctor must fill out the Medical Information for Fitness to Travel - MEDIF (Parte 2) (PDF, 0.1MB, EN) form.

The completed MEDIF must be sent to:
