If you have a TAP Account and wish to continue receiving TAP Air Portugal information, create a TAP Miles&Go Account for free through 2 simple steps:
  1. Access your Customer Area;
  2. Select the option “Join TAP Miles&Go” and follow the instructions provided. By creating a TAP Miles&Go Account, you receive 200 miles.
Attention: To improve the security of your Account, multifactor authentication will be introduced.

By creating a TAP Miles&Go Account, your TAP account will be discontinued, and you will be assigned a TAP Miles&Go Customer Number (TP number) that will allow you to start earning miles. Additionally, you will continue to receive TAP Air Portugal information.

Whenever you fly with TAP or with TAP Miles&Go partner airlines (Star Alliance network, among others), you earn miles that can be redeemed for tickets for other trips, upgrades, or other services. Additionally, the Program has a growing network of Ground Partners (hotels, car rentals, among others), and in your daily activities, when you use these partners, you can also earn miles.

These miles are also used to maintain or achieve the four Program statuses - TAP Miles&Go, Silver, Gold, and Navigator.

To ensure you earn miles whenever you fly automatically, just add your Customer Number (TP number) to your travel reservations.

  1. In the “Select the reason for your contact” field, choose the option “Information about TAP Miles&Go Account”;
