Terms and conditions

  1. Passengers must abide by the operator’s safety conditions and other instructions - see here.
  2. Bookings are only valid after payment.
  3. If the customer cancels the flight with less than 48 hours’ notice, the fare will not be refunded.
  4. If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather or force majeure, the amount paid will be refunded but customers will not be entitled to any kind of compensation.
  5. Routes are in accordance with the description and estimated flight time.
  6. Fares per person refer to the amount payable if the minimum number of passengers is reached to takeoff.
  7. The fare includes VAT. 
  8. The miles credit request must be made within 6 months of the date of the activity and will be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
  9. Once the miles have been credited to the Client’s Account they cannot be returned.
